Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TronixRent processes data when users visit the website, connect a wallet, create a TRON Energy or Bandwidth rental order, use Smart Energy, use No TRX Mode, open the Telegram bot or Mini App, contact support, or interact with the helper.

TronixRent is a Web3 utility. Some data used by the service is public blockchain data that is already visible on the TRON network. Other data is operational data needed to quote, match, deliver, monitor, support, secure, and improve rental orders. TronixRent does not request or store private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.

Data we may process

TronixRent may process public wallet addresses, receiver addresses, sender addresses, wallet connection status, supported wallet type, public balance checks, token presence checks, and address resource status when needed to calculate or support a rental flow.

Order data may include package size, Energy amount, Bandwidth amount, duration, quote amount, payment address, exact amount due, payment window, order ID, order status, delivery status, payment transaction hash, delivery transaction or delegation references, quote expiry, routing status, and payment-matching metadata such as a small unique payment fraction.

Operational data may include provider health, resource source status, routing decisions, delivery logs, error messages, fraud-prevention signals, abuse-prevention signals, approximate time of access, browser or device information, language preference, IP-derived security data, cookies or local storage required for the interface, and app performance data.

When users use Telegram features, TronixRent may process Telegram usernames, chat identifiers, bot interaction data, Mini App session data, package choices, order status requests, and support messages. When users use the helper, TronixRent may process the messages sent to the helper and the context needed to answer order or package questions.

Data we do not need

TronixRent does not need a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, exchange login, email password, cloud backup phrase, or two-factor authentication code to deliver Energy or Bandwidth to a TRON address.

Users should not send wallet secrets through the website, Telegram, the helper, support messages, screenshots, forms, or any third-party account. If a user accidentally sends sensitive information, they should treat the wallet or account as compromised and move funds using safe wallet practices.

How data is used

TronixRent uses data to calculate quotes, compare rental cost with possible TRX burn, create orders, lock short-lived quotes, match exact payments, route resource delivery, deliver Energy and Bandwidth, show order status, prevent duplicate orders, reconcile payments, troubleshoot failures, detect abuse, protect the service, improve reliability, answer support questions, and maintain operational records.

Data may also be used to support Smart Energy rules, prepaid balances, No TRX Mode checks, sponsored approve flows, Telegram bot flows, Mini App routing, and helper answers. The service uses only the data reasonably needed for those product functions.

Blockchain visibility

TRON addresses, public transactions, token transfers, approvals, resource delegation actions, and related hashes may be visible to anyone through the TRON network and blockchain explorers. TronixRent cannot delete public blockchain records or make public blockchain activity private.

TronixRent may store references to public blockchain activity so orders can be matched, audited, supported, refunded where eligible, or protected against abuse. Users should assume that wallet activity connected to a public address can be analyzed by third parties.

Sharing and service providers

TronixRent may share the minimum necessary order or address information with upstream resource providers, routing infrastructure, wallet connection tools, hosting providers, security tools, analytics or reliability tools, Telegram services, support systems, and other technical providers required to operate the service.

TronixRent does not sell private customer data. Information may be disclosed if required to comply with lawful requests, enforce these policies, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, protect the service, or respond to security incidents. Third-party wallets, Telegram, blockchain explorers, RPC providers, and user devices are not controlled by TronixRent.

Cookies, local storage and interface data

The website and Mini App may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar browser technologies to remember language selection, wallet connection state, order flow state, security checks, UI preferences, and other data needed for a functioning interface.

Users can restrict browser storage through their browser settings, but some features may stop working or may need to be restarted. Clearing local storage may remove local order context, although public blockchain records and server-side operational records may still exist.

Retention

TronixRent retains order records, payment references, delivery logs, support messages, Telegram interaction records, helper messages, security logs, and operational data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support users, reconcile payments, investigate abuse, maintain accounting or operational records, improve reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

Retention periods may differ by data type. Public blockchain data may remain available permanently on-chain even if TronixRent removes or anonymizes internal records where possible.

Security

TronixRent uses operational security measures intended to protect order data, routing systems, payment matching, support channels, and service infrastructure. No internet service, wallet connection, Telegram flow, browser environment, or blockchain application can guarantee perfect security.

Users are responsible for securing their own wallets, devices, browsers, Telegram accounts, backup phrases, passwords, and transaction approvals. Users should verify the official domain before connecting a wallet or paying an order.

User choices and rights

Depending on the user’s location, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data held by TronixRent. Those rights may be limited by public blockchain records, fraud-prevention needs, payment reconciliation, security requirements, and legal obligations.

For privacy or data questions, users should contact TronixRent through the support or assistant channel available in the app and provide enough information to identify the relevant order or interaction without sending private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

Children and restricted users

TronixRent is not intended for children or for users who are not legally allowed to use blockchain services in their location. Users must not use the service if doing so is prohibited by applicable law or by these policies.

Updates

TronixRent may update this Privacy Policy as the service, technology, routing, wallet support, Telegram features, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
