Introduction

These Terms of Service explain how users may access and use TronixRent, a Web3 utility for renting TRON Energy and Bandwidth for USDT TRC20 transfers and other TRON smart contract actions. By opening the website, connecting a wallet, creating an order, paying an invoice, using the Telegram bot or Mini App, or using any related order status or helper feature, you agree to these Terms.

TronixRent is designed for operational resource rental. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, investment product, or financial adviser. The service helps users calculate a resource rental quote, compare it with potential TRX burn, pay an exact amount, and receive resources to a selected TRON address. This page is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Service overview

TronixRent provides a customer-facing interface for renting TRON Energy and Bandwidth. The service may include Quick Rent packages, Smart Energy rules, a shared resource pool, Smart Router logic, exact payment orders, order tracking, Telegram bot access, Mini App access, and No TRX Mode for supported wallets that hold USDT but do not currently have TRX available for fees.

The public interface may show one shared pool and one customer-facing route even when fulfillment uses internal resources, upstream providers, routing logic, or operational reserves behind the scenes. Provider details, routing sources, reserve logic, and internal inventory decisions are not part of the customer-facing offer unless TronixRent states otherwise in a written agreement.

Energy and Bandwidth are delivered to the TRON address selected or confirmed by the user. After delivery, the user is responsible for sending the intended USDT TRC20 transfer or contract action from their own wallet.

Wallets, addresses and private keys

TronixRent does not ask for private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, browser wallet passwords, or raw wallet secrets. Users must never provide those secrets to the website, the Telegram bot, the helper, support accounts, or anyone claiming to represent TronixRent.

A wallet connection may be used to read public wallet information, check balances or address status, prepare an order, display a quote, request a wallet signature, or let the user send a payment from their own wallet. TronixRent does not receive the user’s private key through a normal wallet connection.

Users are responsible for checking the TRON address that will receive Energy and Bandwidth. A wrong receiver address can make the order unusable for the intended transfer, and completed resource delivery may not be reversible.

Quotes, orders and exact payments

Quotes are short-lived. Pricing, route availability, resource availability, estimated TRX burn, package fit, provider conditions, and network conditions can change quickly. An order is valid only during the active quote window shown by the service.

Users must pay the exact amount shown for the active order and send it to the exact payment address shown by TronixRent. A small unique payment fraction may be included to match the payment to the order automatically. Sending the wrong amount, paying after quote expiry, sending payment to the wrong address, or sending a duplicate payment may delay or prevent automatic processing.

Users should keep the order page, order ID, payment transaction hash, receiver address, and payment details until the order is completed or reviewed. TronixRent may reject, cancel, delay, or manually review an order when payment cannot be matched safely.

Delivery and order status

After a valid payment is matched, TronixRent attempts to deliver the selected amount of Energy and Bandwidth to the receiver address. The user should wait for the order status to show delivery before sending the USDT TRC20 transfer or contract action.

Delivery depends on TRON network conditions, wallet behavior, public blockchain data, upstream resource availability, routing checks, and provider reliability. TronixRent may use safety reserves, delivery checks, or fallback routing, but no route can remove all blockchain or provider risk.

Once Energy and Bandwidth are delivered to the selected address, the order is generally final. Resource delivery actions on TRON cannot normally be recalled by TronixRent after completion.

Smart Energy and prepaid balance features

Smart Energy features, when available, allow a user to set a rule or maintain a prepaid balance so the service can prepare resources before a USDT TRC20 transfer when the route appears useful. These features are operational automation tools. They do not guarantee lower costs, successful token transfers, uninterrupted availability, or error-free detection of every transaction intent.

Users are responsible for reviewing enabled rules, funding balances, address settings, and transaction behavior. TronixRent may pause, modify, limit, or disable Smart Energy features if routing becomes unsafe, unavailable, uneconomic, abusive, or technically unreliable.

No TRX Mode and sponsored approve

No TRX Mode is intended for supported cases where a wallet holds USDT TRC20 but has little or no TRX available for fees. Depending on the wallet state and available route, TronixRent may provide a sponsored approval path, collect only the quoted USDT amount after user approval, and deliver Energy.

The user must review every wallet prompt before signing. An approval should be limited to the exact quoted amount or the amount shown in the interface. No TRX Mode availability, pricing, execution, and timing can change, and it may not work for every wallet, token state, address, jurisdiction, or network condition.

Acceptable use

Users must not use TronixRent for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, theft, phishing, wallet draining, automated attacks, denial-of-service activity, spam, quote manipulation, payment matching abuse, resource hoarding, provider probing, or attempts to bypass service limits.

TronixRent may block, rate-limit, refuse, cancel, or manually review orders, addresses, wallets, IP ranges, traffic sources, Telegram accounts, or flows that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

No guaranteed savings or downstream results

Energy rental can reduce TRX burn in many cases when the rental cost is lower than the network cost of burning TRX. It is not a guaranteed saving. Users should calculate first, compare rental cost with expected network burn, and decide whether renting makes sense for the specific transfer.

TronixRent does not guarantee that a user’s later USDT transfer, wallet action, contract call, exchange deposit, merchant payment, or third-party transaction will succeed. TronixRent’s service is the resource rental and delivery flow, not the user’s downstream transaction.

Service availability and changes

TronixRent may update package sizes, pricing logic, quote windows, supported routes, payment addresses, Smart Router behavior, Telegram features, No TRX Mode flows, supported languages, provider connections, and service availability at any time.

The service may be unavailable, delayed, restricted, or modified because of maintenance, network congestion, provider issues, wallet behavior, security events, regulatory concerns, operational risk, or abuse prevention.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TronixRent is not responsible for losses caused by user error, wrong addresses, expired quotes, wrong payment amounts, duplicate payments, wallet compromise, phishing, malicious websites, third-party wallets, Telegram impersonators, blockchain congestion, provider downtime, network changes, failed downstream transfers, token contract behavior, or unlawful use of the service.

If applicable law does not allow a limitation stated here, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

Related policies and support

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Delivery Policy, and Risk Disclaimer. If there is a conflict between a product screen and these Terms, the more specific product screen may control the operational step, while these Terms still apply to use of the service.

For order questions, users should use the support, assistant, or Telegram channel available in the TronixRent app and provide the order ID, transaction hash, receiver address, and relevant screenshots where appropriate.
