This Refund and Delivery Policy explains how TronixRent handles resource delivery, payment matching, manual review, failed orders, duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, expired quotes, and possible refunds. It applies to Quick Rent, Smart Energy, No TRX Mode, Telegram bot, Mini App, and other customer-facing rental flows unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
TronixRent provides TRON Energy and Bandwidth rental. The normal result of a completed order is resource delivery to the selected TRON address. It is not a general money transfer service, exchange, custody service, or investment product.
A normal order follows a simple operational path: the user enters or confirms the receiver address, selects a package or flow, reviews a short-lived quote, pays the exact amount shown by the service, waits for payment matching, and receives Energy and Bandwidth to the selected TRON address.
The user should not send the USDT TRC20 transfer until the order status shows that resources have been delivered. If the user sends the USDT transfer before delivery, TronixRent cannot control whether the user’s wallet burns TRX, fails, or consumes resources in a way the user did not expect.
Quotes are time-limited because TRON network conditions, provider availability, resource prices, and route safety can change quickly. The user must pay the exact amount shown during the active quote window to the payment address shown for that order.
A small unique payment fraction may be used to match a payment to an order automatically. Payments with the wrong amount, late payments, underpayments, overpayments, payments to the wrong address, unsupported route payments, or duplicate payments may require manual review and may not be processed automatically.
When Energy and Bandwidth are delivered to the receiver address selected or confirmed by the user, the order is generally final. Blockchain resource delivery actions cannot normally be reversed by TronixRent after completion.
A completed rental does not guarantee that the user’s later USDT transfer or contract action will succeed. Downstream transactions can fail because of wallet behavior, wrong recipient, insufficient token balance, token contract state, new recipient requirements, missing Bandwidth, account permissions, frozen wallets, smart contract conditions, or other factors outside TronixRent’s control.
A refund or correction may be considered when TronixRent receives a payment that can be clearly matched to an order but resource delivery does not occur because of a service-side failure, routing failure, provider failure, or another operational issue that TronixRent can verify.
A refund or correction may also be considered for duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, expired-quote payments, or other payment mismatches when the payment can be safely traced, reconciled, and separated from any completed resource delivery. Review is not automatic approval. TronixRent must be able to verify the payment, order context, and delivery state.
Completed resource deliveries are usually non-refundable. Network fees, provider costs, routing costs, consumed resources, delivery costs, support costs, and operational costs may be non-refundable or deducted from any approved refund.
TronixRent is usually not responsible for refunds caused by a wrong receiver address after delivery, user-selected wrong package, expired quote ignored by the user, payment sent to the wrong address, payment sent from a source that cannot be traced, failure to wait for delivery before sending USDT, downstream USDT transfer failure after delivery, wallet compromise, phishing, third-party wallet bug, exchange or merchant issue, user device issue, or transactions signed outside the TronixRent flow.
If an order needs review, the user should contact support through the TronixRent app, helper, or Telegram bot and provide the order ID, payment transaction hash, receiver address, exact amount sent, approximate payment time, and screenshots where useful. Users must not send private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or recovery phrases to support.
Manual review can take longer than automatic processing because TronixRent may need to inspect public blockchain data, payment traces, provider logs, routing records, delivery status, duplicate order status, and refund feasibility. Users should not pay again while an order is under review unless support clearly instructs them to create a new order.
For No TRX Mode, the user may be asked to approve only the exact quoted USDT amount. If no approval is made, TronixRent should not be able to collect the quoted USDT amount through that approval path. If an approval is made and the route proceeds, the order is reviewed under the same delivery and finality rules as other resource orders.
No TRX Mode may involve live rates, quote windows, approval timing, route availability, and network costs. Failed approvals, unsupported wallets, expired windows, or network changes may require manual review and may affect refund feasibility.
If TronixRent approves a refund, it may return funds to a suitable address based on the original payment route, order context, user-provided address, and operational safety checks. Refunds may be reduced by network costs, provider costs, routing costs, unrecoverable costs, or costs already incurred while attempting fulfillment.
TronixRent may refuse to send a refund to an address that appears unsafe, sanctioned, abusive, technically invalid, unsupported, or unrelated to the reviewed order. Additional verification may be requested when necessary to prevent fraud or mistaken refunds.
Users should not create repeated orders or send repeated payments to force faster delivery. Duplicate payments can create matching conflicts and may increase review time. TronixRent may block or limit users, wallets, addresses, or traffic that repeatedly creates mismatched, duplicate, abusive, or manipulative orders.
Refund review is intended to fix honest operational problems. It is not a method to reverse completed blockchain resource deliveries, test provider routes at TronixRent’s expense, or avoid responsibility for user-controlled wallet actions.
For delivery or refund questions, users should use the support or assistant channel available in the TronixRent app or Telegram bot. The fastest review usually starts with the order ID and transaction hash, because those details help TronixRent trace payment and delivery status accurately.
